We can still place your order through your local store to reserve your items ahead of time - as they are coming in. A lot of the time, a whole purchase order is already sold when it arrives, so it's important to reserve your item(s) as early as you can!
This is an incredibly unique time in history as the furniture industry, along with many others, is experiencing unprecedented delays due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, a shortage of shipping containers due to increased demand, and severe congestion/labor shortages at our ports. Please know we are doing absolutely everything we can to get our products as quickly as we can.
Our teams are working tirelessly with our factories and distribution to ensure we receive your furniture as quickly as possible.
If you purchase a back-ordered item, the store will contact you directly to schedule your delivery or pick up as soon as it arrives.
