We are excited to offer our premium nationwide delivery service to customers across the lower 48 states (excluding clearance items***). Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
- We will begin prepping your order by opening and inspecting your items while taking
photos of all critical components to ensure everything is in order. We will then repackage
your items with extra protection to safeguard them during their journey. You will receive
an email with inspection photos to the email address on file. - Your order will be shipped via a 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) provider within seven days,
headed toward your local market. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.- After your order ships, you can expect final delivery in 8-12 business days—often
sooner. - While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Home Zone cannot
guarantee a specific delivery date/deadline.

- Once your items arrive in your local market, your local final-mile delivery team will contact you to schedule your white-glove delivery appointment.
- Once you’ve confirmed your delivery appointment with your third-party final-mile delivery company, rescheduled orders are subject to a non-negotiable $125 rescheduling fee. Please only select a day you can be flexible to ensure smooth delivery.
What if something happens?
If your items arrive damaged, we are here to help. Depending on the issue, we will work with you to either schedule a repair with a local craftsman or exchange the item. This decision is at the sole discretion of Home Zone Furniture.
Returns:
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Returns on nationwide orders are subject to a non-negotiable 35% restocking fee to help recoup the significant shipping costs.
Measure Your Space:
We strongly recommend measuring your space before placing your order to ensure your new furniture fits perfectly in your home. This helps avoid any inconvenience or returns due to sizing issues and the 35% restocking fee.
