At Home Zone, we want you to love every purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's a quick overview of our return policy:
CANCELLATIONS
You may always cancel your order prior to receipt of goods. For delivery, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day.
EXCHANGES/RESELECTIONS
We offer a one-time reselection for regularly stocked items within 5 business days of delivery. An additional delivery fee will apply if you cannot return the item(s). No exchanges or reselections are allowed on Custom Special Orders or As-Is items. In cases of damaged products, Home Zone Furniture reserves the right to send a service technician in place of offering an exchange unless a reselection to a different product is made.
MATTRESS EXCHANGES/RESELECTIONS
If you're not completely satisfied with your qualifying mattress purchase of $699 and above, you can opt for a one-time exchange (excluding as-is or CPO mattresses). We require that you use the new mattress for at least 30 nights, allowing your body to adjust fully. This is a one-time offer: if you exchange your qualifying mattress, you cannot exchange it again. In the case of an exchange, you can upgrade to a more expensive mattress by paying the price difference. The difference will be a store credit if it's less expensive. The mattress and foundation(s) must be undamaged (free from stains, tears, punctures, etc.) to qualify for an exchange. Please note that bedding accessories, including pillows, sheets, protectors, and adjustable bases, are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable. All other mattress sales are final.
RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refund within five business days of delivery/pick-up. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If you cannot return the item(s) to a DFW fulfillment center or satellite store warehouse, you may pay another delivery fee for Home Zone to come and collect your piece(s). Please be aware that mattresses and bedding are not eligible for return.
