We offer free pick-up at the following locations: Abilene, Lawton, Marble Falls, North Richland Hills, Richardson, Round Rock, San Angelo, Hudson Oaks, Waco, and Wichita Falls. Each store receives at least one stock truck per week, which includes customer pickups. Please get in touch with your purchasing store to confirm their specific truck delivery days.
The store will notify you once your items are received and ready for pick-up. Please don't arrive to pick up your items before you receive this notification, as it may result in unnecessary delays.
Pick-Up Guidelines:
- Invoice Requirement: Bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your merchandise.
- Inspection: Inspect your purchased items carefully before leaving the store. Notify a Home Zone staff member immediately if you believe any item is not in good condition. At the time of pick-up, you will be required to sign a statement confirming the items are in good condition.
- Loading and Securing Items:
- Customers are responsible for supervising the loading, arranging, tying down, and securing of items in their vehicle. Bring any necessary tie-downs or ropes to secure your items. If needed, Home Zone will provide twine as a courtesy.
- Home Zone staff is happy to assist with loading and securing your items. However, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that items are properly loaded and secured.
Release of Liability and Indemnification:
- No Warranties: Home Zone does not guarantee the quality or strength of any twine or materials provided, nor does it guarantee the quality of assistance provided during loading and securing. This includes any IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
- Customer Responsibility: By accepting assistance or materials from Home Zone:
- Release of Liability: You release Home Zone from liability for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the twine, materials, or assistance provided.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Home Zone harmless from any claims or damages (including those from third parties) related to loading, securing, or transporting items.
- Covenant Not to Sue: You agree not to file claims or lawsuits against Home Zone for any issues that arise from the loading, securing, or transportation of items.
Important Notes:
- Unclaimed Merchandise: Items not picked up within 12 months will be forfeited.
- Full Waiver and Assumption of Risk: Customers assume all risks associated with loading and securing items for transport. Home Zone is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from items not being securely tied down.
