We're sorry to hear that you aren't able to make your delivery/service. Typically, if delivery is rescheduled within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery date, you will have to pay a rescheduling fee per your signed delivery agreement.
You can always track your delivery online by going to HERE and typing in either
A) the phone number listed on your invoice or
B) your order number
where you can receive real-time tracking of your delivery. You don't have to wait at home for the entire 4-hour window!
