If delivery is rescheduled within 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date, a rescheduling will apply ($25). We recommend always picking a day that you can be flexible and don't have appointments/work.
You can always track your delivery online by going to HERE and typing in either
A) the phone number listed on your invoice or
B) your order number
where you can receive real-time tracking of your delivery. You don't have to wait at home for the entire 4-hour window!
