What is the warranty, what does it cover and how does it work?
All mattresses over $699 will have a 15-year warranty.
(This means that the Angelina, Topaz, Ambers and the Shadow will not have a 15-year warranty.)
Angelina – 1-year non-prorated warranty
Topaz – 5-year non-prorated warranty
Ambers/Shadow – 10-year non-prorated warranty
The warranty will cover manufacturer defects in the springs, seam issues and structural issues. The most common question is about dips in the mattress.
The original buyer must submit the warranty claim with a picture of the measurement of the dip as well as the picture of the entire mattress to ensure that there are no stains on the mattress.
Sometimes the manufacturer will request a picture of the law tag, which gives information about when it was made. How to Submit a Mattress Claim
