Resetting Your Support Account Password

We're sorry that you are having trouble logging into your support account. Rest assured, this is an easy fix. All you have to do is:

1. Click the "Forgot my password" link under the sign-in email and password box:
2. Type in your registered email address
3. Click the long link in the password reset email:

Alternatively, you can just call our Customer Experience Team (817-876-9002), and one of our agents can send a password reset link to your email.
