Home Zone Layaway Program

Home Zone offers a layaway program that lets you lock in today's price and pay over time. A 20% non-refundable down payment is required, and the balance must be paid in full within 6 months. Layaway is available in-store only, but you can make payments online from anywhere.

How Layaway Works:

• A 20% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of purchase
• Monthly payments are mandatory to keep the account in good standing
• The total balance must be paid within 6 months from the account opening date
• Your price is guaranteed for the duration of the layaway, but the merchandise is not reserved until final payment is made
• You do not have to visit the store to make payments. Contact your local store, and they will send a payment link to your email so you can make payments online from anywhere.

After Your Final Payment:

Once your balance is paid in full, Home Zone has up to 4 weeks to fulfill your order. If we are unable to deliver your merchandise within 4 weeks of your final payment, you are eligible for a refund (see Cancellations and Refunds below).

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Within 7 days of opening: You may cancel your layaway and receive a refund of payments made, less the 20% non-refundable down payment.
• After 7 days: Refunds are not issued except in the circumstances below.
• Paid in full within 90 days, merchandise unavailable within 4 weeks of final payment: You are eligible for a full refund.
• Paid in full after 90 days, merchandise unavailable within 4 weeks of final payment: You are eligible for a refund of all payments made, less 20% of the original total invoice amount. The 20% is issued as store credit.

Delinquent Accounts

A layaway account is considered delinquent if no payments are made for more than 30 days. After 90 days of delinquency, the account will be canceled, and all payments made will be converted to store credit.
