Home Zone offers free in-store pickup at any of our fulfillment center locations. Each location receives at least one stock truck per week. Contact your purchasing store to confirm their truck schedule and pickup availability.

How Pickup Works:
- Place your order at any Home Zone store or online.
- Your store will notify you when your items are received and ready for pickup
- Do not arrive before receiving this notification, as it may result in delays
- Bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your merchandise
Pickup Guidelines:
- Inspect your items carefully before leaving. Notify a Home Zone staff member immediately if any item is not in good condition. You will be required to sign a statement confirming the items are in good condition at the time of pickup.
- Loading and securing: Customers are responsible for supervising the loading, arranging, tying down, and securing of items in their vehicle. Bring any necessary tie-downs or ropes. Home Zone will provide twine as a courtesy if needed. Home Zone staff is happy to assist with loading.
- Unclaimed merchandise: Items not picked up within 12 months will be forfeited, and funds will be applied as store credit.
Release of Liability and Indemnification:
Home Zone does not guarantee the quality or strength of any twine or materials provided, nor does it guarantee the quality of assistance provided during loading and securing. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
By accepting assistance or materials from Home Zone:
- Release of Liability: You release Home Zone from liability for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the twine, materials, or assistance provided.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Home Zone harmless from any claims or damages, including those from third parties, related to loading, securing, or transporting items.
- Covenant Not to Sue: You agree not to file claims or lawsuits against Home Zone for any issues that arise from the loading, securing, or transportation of items.
- Assumption of Risk: Customers assume all risks associated with loading and securing items for transport. Home Zone is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from items not being securely tied down.
