Limited Lifetime Warranty
Frames (Sofas, Chairs, Sectionals, Recliners etc.):
- This policy covers material and manufacturing defects for the frame’s useful life.
- Within 13 months of purchase: Free repairs/replacements; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- After 13 months: Covers replacement parts only; labor and shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Springs:
- This policy covers spring breakage due to metal fatigue or loose spring clips.
- Same coverage terms as the frame warranty.
Recliner Mechanisms:
- This policy covers manufacturing defects in mechanisms for the product’s useful life.
- Same coverage terms as the frame warranty.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Sleeper Mechanisms:
- Covers material defects for 3 years from the purchase date.
- First 13 months: Free repairs/replacements; Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- After 13 months: Covers replacement parts only; labor and shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Sleeper Mattresses (Pro-Rated):
- Covers manufacturing defects for 3 years, with pro-rated replacement costs after 13 months:
- Year 2: Customer pays 10% of replacement cost.
- Year 3: Customer pays 20% of replacement cost.
- Shipping and labor costs apply after 13 months.
13-Month Limited Warranty
Cushions:
- Covers material defects in cushion cores - normal wear excluded.
- Loose Cushions: Replaced at no charge within 13 months.
- Attached Cushions: Repaired or replaced in-shop within 13 months; shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Leather and Upholstered Fabrics:
- Covers defects in workmanship, seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfer.
- Does not cover normal wear, fading, pilling, or damage from misuse or improper care.
Finishes and Other Furniture Products:
- Covers defects in parts such as tables, chairs, desks, and more for 13 months.
Warranty Limitations
- Non-Residential Use: Warranties apply to normal household use only.
- Excluded Purchases: Items sold "as-is," second-hand, or through liquidation are not covered.
- Improper Care: Damage from misuse, chemical treatments, or unapproved cleaning methods voids the warranty.
- Natural Variations: Characteristics like minor leather marks or fabric shading are not considered defects.
- Normal Wear: Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Claim Procedure
- Submit a Service Ticket: Claims must be made by the original purchaser. Please have your order number handy. Submit a New Claim Here
- Shipping Costs: If necessary, customers are responsible for transportation costs to/from the retailer/service center.
- Inspection & Repairs: Home Zone Furniture may request defective parts be returned for inspection.
- Right to Repair: Home Zone Furniture reserves the right to decide whether an item is repaired or replaced.
Safety Reminder
- For motion furniture (e.g., recliners, sleeper sofas), supervise use to prevent injuries. Always keep mechanisms closed when not in use.
