- We’re here for your "Oops": No worries. You get a one-time reselection to find "the one."
- The "Zero Stress" Exchange: We don't charge restocking fees on exchanges.
- Special Orders? Yes, really: We know custom furniture is a big choice. We’re one of the only stores that lets you exchange a special order (just cover the new delivery fee!).

How do I start an exchange?
Just give us a shout within 7 days of getting your furniture. As long as it's still in like-new condition, we’ll help you swap it out. It’s that simple.
What if I’d rather just return it?
If an exchange isn’t what you’re looking for, we can definitely help with a return within that same 7-day window. Because we have to find a new home for returned items, a 20% restocking fee and a new delivery fee does apply, and original delivery fees aren't refundable.
Are there any "Final Sale" items?
To keep our prices low for everyone, a few things are final sale:
- The "As-Is" Aisle: Clearance and as-is items.
- Sweet Dreams: Mattresses and bedding (but check out our 121-Night Sleep Guarantee for mattress peace of mind!).

Q: Is it really the easiest exchange policy?
A: We think so! Most stores won't touch a special order exchange and many charge big fees just to swap a sofa. We’ve cut the red tape so you can focus on loving your home.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
A: We’ll get your money back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If you paid cash, keep an eye on your mailbox. We’ll send a check within 10–14 days.
Q: Do I have to bring it back myself?
A: You’re welcome to drop it at any store, or we can schedule a pickup for a standard delivery fee. Whatever is easiest for you!
