Home Zone's 121-Day Sleep Guarantee gives you up to 121 nights to try your new mattress. If you're not satisfied, you can exchange it one time for a different mattress. This guarantee applies to qualifying mattress purchases of $699 or more (including mattress and foundation combined) on local and online orders. Nationwide orders are not eligible.
How the 121-Day Sleep Guarantee Works:
We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 21 nights to allow your body to fully adjust. From night 22 through night 121, you may visit any Home Zone store to reselect a different mattress. This is a one-time exchange — once you reselect, the guarantee is fulfilled and does not renew.
100% of your original purchase value (mattress and foundation) is applied toward your new selection. If you choose a more expensive mattress, you pay the difference. If you choose a less expensive mattress, the remaining balance is issued as store credit that does not expire.
Requirements to Qualify:
To be eligible for the 121-Day Sleep Guarantee, all of the following must be met:
- Your mattress and foundation purchase must total $699 or more
- A Home Zone mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as the mattress and used throughout the trial period
- The mattress must be free from tears and punctures
- The reselection must be completed in-store (a "sleep test" is required)
- You must request the exchange within 121 nights of delivery
Exchanges Before 21 Nights:
If you request an exchange before the 21-night adjustment period, a 25% restocking fee applies to all items being exchanged (mattress, foundation, or both), plus a delivery fee.
Delivery Fee:
A delivery fee applies to all mattress exchanges unless you can drop off your current mattress and pick up the new one at a local Home Zone fulfillment center yourself. The delivery fee is equal to your original delivery charge.
What's Not Covered:
The 121-Day Sleep Guarantee does not apply to
- Nationwide orders
- As-is mattresses
- Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) mattresses
- Special order mattresses in non-standard sizes (California King, Alaskan King, etc.)
- Bedding accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, adjustable bases)
- Mattresses with tears or punctures
- Mattresses purchased without a Home Zone mattress protector
