If you are unable to bring the item to a Home Zone store, you can schedule a pickup for an additional delivery fee equal to what you originally paid for delivery ($119 or $169). This fee is in addition to the 20% restocking fee.

You can return eligible items to any Home Zone store location. If you cannot bring items to a store, contact your local store or our customer service team to arrange a pickup from your home.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Mattresses and bedding accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, adjustable bases)
- Clearance items
- As-is items
- Custom and special orders

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. If you paid with cash, your refund will be mailed to your address by check, which can take 1 to 2 weeks.
