You can cancel your Home Zone order at no charge as long as you haven't received your items yet. Local orders can be canceled at any time before delivery is completed. Nationwide orders can be canceled for free before the shipping carrier picks up the order from our warehouse.
Canceling a Local Order:
Cancel your local order by contacting your local Home Zone store or our Customer Service Team at any time before your delivery is completed. There is no cancellation fee for local orders canceled prior to delivery. Once your furniture has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy applies.
Canceling a Nationwide Order:
Nationwide orders can be canceled at no charge before they are picked up from our warehouse by the third-party shipping carrier.
If your nationwide order has already shipped, cancellation is still possible but will be treated as a return. A 20% restocking fee applies, along with any return shipping charges from the carrier. These fees cover the cost of freight and handling of your order back to our distribution center.
