You have 5 business days after delivery to request a return on a nationwide order. The day after delivery counts as day one.
The following fees apply to all nationwide returns:

- Return shipping charges billed by the third-party carrier (often exceeding $500)
These fees also apply if you cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, even if it has not yet been delivered. Once a nationwide order ships, the return policy applies.
Delivery charges from your original order are non-refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Mattresses and bedding accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, adjustable bases)
- Clearance items
- As-is items
- Custom and special orders
How the Return Process Works:
Home Zone coordinates your return pickup with the third-party carrier. You do not need to repackage the furniture. To start a return on a nationwide order:

Once your return is approved, Home Zone will arrange the carrier pickup and provide you with scheduling details.
How Your Refund Is Issued:
The 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges are deducted from your refund. The remaining balance is returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. If you paid with cash, your refund will be mailed to your address by check, which can take 1 to 2 weeks.
