Home Zone offers a one-time exchange or reselection within 5 business days of delivery for local orders. You can swap your item for any product in the store, including a completely different product type. This policy applies to local orders only and is not available for nationwide orders.
How Exchanges and Reselections Work:
You have 5 business days after delivery to request an exchange or reselection. The day after delivery counts as day one. There is no restocking fee on exchanges or reselections.
If your new selection costs more, you pay the difference. If your new selection costs less, the difference is issued as a store credit. Store credit does not expire.
Delivery Fee for Exchanges:
If you are unable to drop off your current item and pick up the new item at a local Home Zone fulfillment center yourself, a delivery fee applies. This single fee covers both the pickup of your current item and the delivery of your new item. The fee is equal to your original delivery charge ($119 or $169).
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
The following items cannot be exchanged or reselected:
- Custom and special orders
- As-is items
- Nationwide orders

Damaged Items and Exchanges:
If your item arrives damaged, Home Zone reserves the right to send a service technician to repair the item in your home rather than offer a same-for-same exchange. However, if you prefer to reselect a different product, Home Zone allows a one-time reselection.
