Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
Order Preparation
Once you place your order, we’ll carefully:
Open and inspect each item
Photograph key components to ensure quality
Repackage items securely with added protection
You’ll receive an email with inspection photos sent to the address on file.
*Please note: Confirmation is required to ship your order.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Your order will ship via a third-party logistics (3PL) provider within 7 business days.
Once shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email that contains tracking and contact information for the delivery agent handling your shipment.
Delivery transportation time is typically 7-10 business days. Areas deemed remote by our delivery agents may experience slight delays in transportation times.
While we strive to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or timelines. If you have a specific date by which you need your order, this program may not be the best fit. Delivery timelines can vary, and we don’t want to risk missing an important deadline for you.
Delivery
Once your order reaches your local area:

A final-mile delivery team will contact you to schedule your delivery.
Orders with a product subtotal of $999 or more will be delivered with white-glove assembly and debris removal.
Orders with a subtotal under $999 do not include unboxing or assembly.
After scheduling, any changes are subject to a $125 non-negotiable rescheduling fee. Please choose a delivery date that allows for flexibility.
- If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days of arrival at your designated delivery agent, storage charges will be incurred. Storage charges are applied daily, and these fees will be the customer's responsibility.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are more than happy to work with you to find a solution!
In Case of Damage
If any item arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Based on the issue, we may:
Schedule a local repair
Offer a replacement
This decision is at Home Zone Furniture’s sole discretion.
Returns & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please note:
Cancellations after shipping and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs (often over $300).
These fees cover the high cost of freight and handling of your order back to our distribution center.
Before You Order – Measure Your Space
To avoid fit issues or returns, we strongly recommend measuring your space before placing your order.
Returns due to sizing are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus any returning shipping costs.
