We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about rescheduling your delivery:
You can reschedule your delivery online with our chat (not if it's scheduled for tomorrow or if you have multiple deliveries on the same order) or by calling in to customer service at (817) 876-9002.
Rescheduling Policy:
- If you reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. This helps offset the cost of the labor involved in pulling, opening, and prepping your order the day before.
- We recommend choosing a delivery day that allows for flexibility and doesn’t conflict with appointments or work to avoid this fee.
Track Your Delivery Online:
You can track your delivery in real time to stay updated on its progress. Visit our tracking page and enter either:
- The phone number listed on your invoice, or
- Your order number.
With real-time tracking, there’s no need to stay at home for the entire 3-hour delivery window. Simply monitor your driver's progress throughout the day - we will send you plenty of updates. Learn more about the notifications you will receive here.
