Note: Kelly cannot reschedule if:
- Your delivery is scheduled for tomorrow
- You have multiple fulfillments on the same order

Rescheduling Fees & Policies
Local Deliveries (within 70 miles)
- Free rescheduling if done more than 24 hours before your delivery date

$25 rescheduling fee if done within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery
- This fee helps cover the costs of order preparation, including pulling, opening, and staging your items
Nationwide Deliveries (3PL/Third-Party)
- $125 rescheduling fee once you've confirmed your appointment with the third-party delivery company
