Rescheduling Policy:
- If you reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. This helps offset the cost of the labor involved in pulling, opening, and prepping your order the day before.
- We recommend choosing a delivery day that allows for flexibility and doesn’t conflict with appointments or work to avoid this fee.
Track Your Delivery Online:
You can track your delivery in real time to stay updated on its progress. Visit our tracking page and enter either:
- The phone number listed on your invoice, or
- Your order number.
With real-time tracking, there’s no need to stay at home for the entire 4-hour delivery window. Simply monitor your driver's progress throughout the day - we will send you plenty of updates. Learn more about the notifications you will receive here.
