- Sent 2-5 days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm you still want your delivery as planned.
- If needed, this is the perfect time to reschedule to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Time Frame Confirmation:
- Sent the day before your delivery (around lunchtime) with a 4-hour delivery window.
- Please note that this time frame cannot be changed.

Driver Route Started Notification:
- Sent on the day of your delivery when the driver begins their route.
- This includes a real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery's location in real-time (ETAs are approximate and can change due to weather, traffic, etc...).

On-the-Way Notification:
- Sent when the driver is en route to your location.
- The estimated arrival time (ETA) can range from 10 to 45 minutes, depending on the previous stops.

Arrival Notification:
- Sent when the driver arrives at your location.

Follow-Up Message:
- After the delivery, you will receive a message asking for feedback and offering additional support if needed. Please let us know if you need assistance!
