At Home Zone Furniture, we’re dedicated to delivering your furniture quickly, fully assembled, and with care. Done right the first time!

Delivery Options and Pricing

• Local Delivery: $119 (within 31 miles of the store)
• B Zone Delivery: $169 (31–50 miles from the store)
• C Zone Delivery: $169 (51–70 miles from the store; availability may vary)
• Nationwide Delivery: $249 (markets outside of the zones listed above - learn more about this program here)

Deliveries are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are typically available within a week (excluding Nationwide Delivery). Please get in touch with your local Home Zone store for specific availability requests.

What’s Included?

White-Glove Premium Setup
Our delivery team will:

• Deliver your furniture to your home.
• Assemble and place it where you want.
• Remove all packaging materials.

This service applies to an unlimited number of pieces in your delivery!

Important Delivery Information

• Existing Furniture: Delivery crews cannot move existing furniture or household items unless it is a paid mattress haulaway. 
• Safety First: Our team will avoid placements that could damage the product or your home. 
• Accessibility Restrictions:
  • Doors will not be removed for delivery.
  • Furniture will not be hoisted over balconies/fences.
  • Deliveries to the 4th floor or higher require elevator access.

Scheduling and Notifications

Local, B, and C Zone customers can choose the next available delivery day. Here’s how it works:

1. Time Frame Notification: The day before delivery, we’ll provide a 4-hour delivery window.
2. Day-of Updates: You’ll receive multiple notifications on your delivery day, including when the delivery team is on their way to your stop.

***Please Note:
Due to the high volume of orders we deliver daily, we must optimize routes for fuel and time efficiency. As a result, we cannot guarantee or change specific time frames or accommodate custom delivery windows. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to orders rescheduled the day before your scheduled date.
