- Time Frame Confirmation (day before delivery, around 12:00 PM CST): Provides your 3-hour delivery window. This time frame cannot be changed once assigned.
On Delivery Day:
- Driver Route Started: Sent when the driver begins their route. Includes a real-time tracking link so you can monitor your delivery's location. ETAs are approximate and may change due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances.
- On-the-Way Notification: Sent when the driver is on the way to your location. Estimated arrival can range from 10 to 45 minutes, depending on previous stops.
- Arrival Notification: Sent when the driver arrives at your location.
After Delivery:
- Follow-Up Message: After your delivery is complete, you will receive a message asking for feedback and offering additional support if needed.
